The onsite-offshore combination model is
steadily gaining popularity as the preferred

vendor. As the name suggests, in this model
a small team of consultants travels to the
onsite client location for system study.
After the initial knowledge transfer phase,
the team returns to our offshore center
to train the other team members. A few consultants
may be retained onsite for coordinating
with the offshore team, while the bulk of
the development work is executed at our
