The onsite-offshore combination model is steadily gaining popularity as the preferred way of outsourcing projects to an offshore vendor. As the name suggests, in this model a small team of consultants travels to the onsite client location for system study. After the initial knowledge transfer phase, the team returns to our offshore center to train the other team members.
